The greenleaf Collection
Room for everyone
(Even Rival Siblings)
Hi, I’m Gretchen Greenleaf—joined, of course, by my twin brother, Gus
(he insisted on that part).
Between you and me, I won the coin toss—again. Gus keeps saying it’s rigged, but let’s be honest… skill is skill. He tries to pull off last-minute rule changes, but this time? Victory is mine.

Welcome to The Greenleaf Collection—or as we like to call it, our home base on the mountain for all of our adventures—and friendly (and at times, feisty) competitions.
This place is big. Big enough for us, our parents, our aunt, uncle, and even our cousins when they come to visit—without stepping on each other’s toes. My twin brother and I, along with our twin cousins, Ralph and Regina, claim the upstairs loft and bunk room as kids-only territory (although we occasionally allow our uncle and aunt to pass through to their bedroom). The bunk room—with four bunks and a closet to store all of our latest inventions (and clandestine candy treats)—has been the home of numerous raucous pillow fights, epic ghost stories, and never-ending backgammon tournaments.
The loft room? Complete with a sleeper sofa for our older cousin, Angus, to crash on—or to watch our favorite ski movies (no grownups allowed upstairs!). Most importantly, the loft offers a bird’s-eye view of whatever’s happening downstairs. The open layout means we can still hear every story being told and—most crucially—see every time someone tries to sneak the last slice of pizza from the pizzeria.
And then there’s the height. Ceilings over 20 feet tall. If it were up to Gus, we’d have a rock-climbing wall or a full-sized basketball hoop. If it were up to me? A trampoline. A big one. We’re still working on our pitch to the parents.
Downstairs, The Greenleaf Collection is just as impressive. Fully furnished, with custom cabinetry, beautifully crafted wardrobes, and chevron-patterned oak wood floors—fancy but not too fancy for a heated game of hallway sock-sliding. There’s a dining alcove (perfect for plotting our next race over dinner), three bathrooms (essential for avoiding pre-ski morning traffic jams), and a dedicated ski locker at the plaza level—because let’s be real, speed is everything, especially when it comes to first tracks.
And when we need a break? We just head downstairs. The café’s always got something good (our official recommendation: hot cocoa, extra whipped cream), and there’s always room for one more round of checkers at our favorite spot by the fire—where Gus has saved a seat (and likely plotting his mid-game rule change).
So, whether it’s family gatherings, sibling showdowns, or just stretching out after a long day on the mountain, The Greenleaf Collection is where the stories begin. And trust us—our stories are legendary.
(Just don’t ask Gus who won our last race. He’s still bitter about it.)
